Sale-order catalog
Auction Flex catalog
Select the exported catalog folder, including lot data and pictures. Prepare the catalog here, then run the sale below.
Choose your Auction Flex export
Keep the lot-data file and picture folders together.
ZIP contents are inspected first; individual pictures are read only when their lots are shown.
Auction Flex Excel exports use SALEORDER, LOTNUM, QUANTITY, LEAD, DESCRIPTION, INVENTORYNUM, and IMAGE1–IMAGE30. Windows picture paths are matched to files in the package. CSV is also supported.
Selected files
Built around large catalogs
The completed uploader is planned to transfer files in parts, retry interrupted transfers, and keep the lot data with its pictures.
Catalog data saves online with the connected auction. Main pictures upload automatically after import. Use Upload main pictures online to retry missing uploads. Extra photos stay on this computer.
Selecting a folder does not upload it or replace your active auction. Review the lot list before loading it.

Loading replaces the connected auction’s catalog and resets its sold progress. Wait for Catalog saved online before leaving. Main pictures upload automatically so other computers can see them.

Keyboard & lot-number help
Group lots with commas: 101, 102, 103. Enter accepts the number and moves to description; Enter in description opens the lot (Shift+Enter adds a line). The + button marks the current item sold and opens 101a, 101b, 101c… with the same description. Grouped lots keep their original numbers.

Camera & microphone on this computer
Connect the camera and microphone to the clerking computer. Select None — audio only to broadcast just the microphone. Connect the selected devices, then start the live broadcast for bidders.
Not broadcasting.
Camera and microphone are off. Your browser will request permission when you connect.

Uses this browser’s native video player. This does not broadcast your camera; a live streaming service still needs to be connected.
Register once. Keep your number.
First-time bidders submit their details. The office reviews the application and assigns a permanent number. After approval, register separately for each auction.

Register for an auction
Use the same permanent number at every sale. Auction registration does not assign a new number.
Accounts are saved online. Shared bid requests require registration for the connected auction. Video, chat, and catalog pictures still need their separate connections.
Staff access
Checking staff access…
Staff access uses a separate staff sign-in. Use your authorized staff email. A bidder account does not grant staff permissions.
Clerks run lots, quantities, pictures, video, and bidder messages. Office staff also approve bidders, assign permanent numbers, and manage auction registration. Contact Philip to request a staff role.

Manage bidder and auction terms
Publish your terms before accepting new bidder applications or auction registrations. Each auction needs its own terms. Saved acceptance records keep the exact wording the bidder agreed to.
